I can. I imagine it. I do it.

JANYO turns ideas into identity, digital experiences and content people actually remember. Twelve years moving what you picture in your head into something people can see, understand and buy.

I can — Person giving a thumbs up
I imagine it — Person thinking of an idea
I do it — Person using a phone

Where it starts

It all starts inside your head. Trouble is, nobody else can see it in there.

Almost no business has an idea problem. It has a translation problem. That is exactly what JANYO is for: moving what you picture into something your customer sees, understands and chooses.

01

An idea

What you already have: a business, a product, a hunch that nobody can see from the outside yet.

02

Imagined

Strategy and concept. Before anything gets drawn we decide what people should feel and do.

03

Designed

Identity, interface and content. This is where the idea gets a shape, a colour, a rhythm and a voice.

04

Built

Produced, coded, published. Nothing stops at a good-looking mockup in a slide deck.

05

Real

Your brand now exists outside your head. And it works for you every day, even when you don't.

I can. I imagine it. I do it.

What I do

Three ways to make your business visible

Not an endless service list. Three territories you can hire separately or combine into one complete system.

01

Brand Design

Get recognised before anyone reads your name.

What I do
Complete visual identity: logo, graphic system, type, colour, stationery and assets for social and campaigns.
Who it's for
New ventures, brands that grew without design, and companies that no longer look like who they've become.
What it fixes
Your brand looks improvised, changes with every post, and doesn't reflect the value you actually deliver.
What you get
A coherent, usable visual system ready for print and digital, without needing me every single week.

Includes

  • Branding and visual identity
  • Logo design and redesign
  • Brand systems and guidelines
  • Stationery and print collateral
  • Social media design
  • Visual campaigns · digital and print
02

Web Design

A website that works, not one that just sits there.

What I do
Design and build: landing pages, company sites, e-commerce and digital experiences designed from UX up.
Who it's for
Businesses that sell or get leads online and need their website to stop being a brochure.
What it fixes
People land on your site and nothing happens: they don't get it, don't trust it, don't get in touch.
What you get
A fast, clear, conversion-focused site built to grow with you instead of being rebuilt next year.

Includes

  • Conversion landing pages
  • Company websites
  • Online stores and e-commerce
  • UX/UI and interface design
  • Websites for new ventures
  • Custom digital experiences
03

Video & Motion

Content that stops the scroll and explains it in fifteen seconds.

What I do
Reels, shorts, product video, motion graphics and content for campaigns, social and e-commerce.
Who it's for
Brands and creators who need to feed their channels without dropping the visual bar every week.
What it fixes
You post, but the content doesn't look professional and loses people in the first three seconds.
What you get
Ready-to-publish pieces with rhythm, brand and a clear idea behind every cut.

Includes

  • Reels and shorts
  • Product and e-commerce video
  • Motion graphics
  • Campaign content
  • Audiovisual presentations
  • Advertising content

Not sure where to start? Message me and we'll sort it out together.

Work

Work you can explain, not just look at

Every case is told the same way: what the problem was, what we decided, what got designed and what happened next.

AG Soluciones Contables
Web

AG Soluciones Contables

Accounting and tax firm

  • UX/UI
  • Web redesign
  • Conversion
  • SEO
Problem
An established firm with a website that said nothing: services were scattered, there was no clear way to get in touch, and the site didn't show up where its clients were looking.
Strategy
Turn the site into a commercial tool: reorder the services around what the client needs rather than how the firm is organised, and structure the content so Google can read it.
Solution
Full redesign focused on user experience, a clear presentation of services, a lead-oriented contact form, and structural and content work for search visibility.
Result
Live and in production, with the service offering reorganised and an active contact channel. Role: UX/UI, visual design and web.
Elephant Truck
Brand

Elephant Truck

Elephant Truck · Papotas

  • Branding
  • Print
  • Large format
  • Merchandise
  • Social media
Problem
A fleet of food trucks with its own product and plenty of personality, but no visual system that held up across the menu, the packaging and the side of a trailer.
Strategy
Build a street identity: high contrast, an irreverent tone, and a mark that survives both a two-inch sticker and a full large-format wrap.
Solution
Logo, graphic system and end-to-end production: four-panel menus on 300 gsm matte-laminated stock with UV finishes, bunting, stickers, packaging, merchandise, adhesive vinyl and a full social campaign (posts, reel cover, stories and carousel).
Result
The system was applied and installed across 12 food trucks, plus the full run of print, packaging, signage and merchandise.
Plastic Airbag
Web

Plastic Airbag

Airbag systems: sales and repair

  • UX/UI
  • Web design
  • Conversion
Problem
A specialist technical service whose credibility didn't come across online: the site showed none of the team's real experience and made booking a job harder than it needed to be.
Strategy
Build trust before aesthetics: show the actual work, the team and the technical specialism, and keep contact one click away at any point in the journey.
Solution
A modern, conversion-focused site with a clear service structure, a gallery of real work, calls to action throughout and visible contact channels.
Result
Live and in production, with the technical offering organised and service requests reachable from anywhere on the site. Role: UX/UI, visual design and web.
Khurama
Web

Khurama

Fuerza Vital Amazónica · Sacha Inchi

  • UX/UI
  • Product site
  • E-commerce
  • Mercado Libre
Problem
An Amazonian food brand with a good story and several product formats, but nowhere of its own to tell it and no clear route to purchase.
Strategy
Order the journey from discovery to checkout: the brand and the why first, then benefits, then flavours and formats, and a single step to buy at the end.
Solution
A web experience built around brand, product and conversion, with a product subpage covering information, formats and flavours, and every item wired directly to Mercado Libre.
Result
Full catalogue published with direct per-product purchase, without running a second storefront. Role: UX/UI, visual design and web.
Umami Café
Brand

Umami Café

Umami Café

  • Branding
  • Signage
  • Packaging
  • Social media
Problem
A coffee shop with a carefully made product and a space that said nothing about it — the brand reached neither the room nor what customers took home.
Strategy
Turn the ritual of coffee into something you can see: a warm palette, botanical illustration, and a cup that works as a mark at any size.
Solution
Identity, wall murals printed on matte-laminated vinyl, a lightbox sign, packaging, cups, business cards and a social campaign with posts, reel cover, stories and a narrative carousel (origin · process · result).
Result
The brand now runs from the wall to the cup: space, product and content all speaking the same language.
Thalindor Flute
Video

Thalindor Flute

DIPLOK

  • Art direction
  • Cover art
  • Digital illustration
  • AI-assisted production
Problem
A techno track needed cover art big enough to carry its epic weight and still read as a thumbnail inside streaming platforms.
Strategy
Translate the sound into an image: an elven warrior caught between ancient magic and cyberpunk, with green as the colour of the track and metallic type as the counterpoint.
Solution
Three cover routes with their own art direction, luminescent type treatment and adaptations for each platform's format.
Result
Cover published with the track's release on SoundCloud, plus vertical versions for promotion.

A real JANYO project goes here. The structure is already built — only the images and final copy are missing.

Tell me your idea

From idea to impact

The tagline isn't a nice phrase. It's the running order.

Five steps, no surprises, no phantom phases. You always know where we are and what comes next.

  1. 01

    Idea

    I listen

We talk about your business, not typefaces. What you sell, to whom, what's blocking you and what you want.

  2. 02

    Strategy

    I can

We set positioning, message and priorities. This is where we decide what to do and, more importantly, what not to.

  3. 03

    Design

    I imagine it

Concept and art direction. You see the visual route before a hundred pieces get made in the wrong direction.

  4. 04

    Production

    I make it

Designed, coded, shot and edited. With scoped rounds of feedback so the project actually moves.

  5. 05

    Result

    we grow together

Organised handover, open files and everything you need to use it without depending on anyone.

Why JANYO

What changes when you work with me

01

One mind, three disciplines

Brand, web and video come from the same point of view. Nothing gets lost between suppliers.

02

Strategy before aesthetics

First we decide what each piece has to achieve. The good-looking part comes after, and it comes easily.

03

12+ years at the craft

I know what works in print, on screen and on social, because I've spent years working in all three.

04

AI as an accelerator, not a pilot

I use it to produce faster and explore more routes. The decisions are still yours and mine.

05

Built to grow

Everything is handed over organised and extendable. Your brand won't feel small next year.

06

You talk to the maker

No account managers in between. Clear answers, clear timelines, zero fluff.

About JANYO

Behind JANYO there's a person, not an agency.

I am Juan Miguel Otavo, Visual & Marketing Designer. 12+ years in graphic design, visual communication and advertising. I started solving pieces and ended up solving businesses.

Along the way I added web design, UX, digital marketing, video content and e-commerce. Today I also use AI tools inside the process: they speed up production and open up options, but the idea, the strategy and the judgement stay human.

Which means you talk directly to the person who thinks, designs and builds. No middlemen, and no brand that changes style every time the supplier does.
